Hello there; I proceeded to install 3 times and I always get this error at the end... http://myip.com:222 doesn't returns me an error.

I did something wrong?

Talk to your VPS provider, something wrong with the hardware (most likely).

Or perhaps something as simple as the VPS not serving enough memory or not running your instance of the OS with thesame version of CentOS as is in your license.

You were right jeff; it was not the good server lisence...
got it fixed now.
