CentOS 5.5 x86 wget error

I tired to install DA on my centos 5.5 but I have errors.

Error downloading the license file

I recomplied wget whit the option --whit-ssl, but nothing work.

I guess your DNS isn't working so its not possible to resolve the address to an IP.
Check your /etc/resolv.conf and/or ask your hosting provider to give you correct nameservers.

This not a DNS problem

I do a telnet www.directadmin.com 80 without problem

I think the problem are wget with HTTPS.

I did compile wget with option --with-ssl, it is not work
