After installing Directadmin using the default settings and using letsencrypt to renew cert automatically every 90 days, I noticed that when testing my website with SSL Lab my server presents two certs. I read on here that you can put the cert in /etc/httpd/conf/extra/httpd-vhosts.con. which means i have to do it every 90 days.
