Hi,
The server had a shared certificate that has long since expired. It used the www prefix. This time I decided to follow the tutorial posted here and make it secure.mydomain.com instead of www. I inserted an A record into the DNS for secure, generated a CSR for secure.mydomain.com, and purchased a new cert. When I pasted it in under the key, and saved it, it returned the error:
Could not excute your request
Details
You do not own that domain
That's my problem. Any ideas as to what might be wrong?
Thanks!
