cgi-bin problem

Hi I got a problem with my cgi-bin,

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/counter.cgi on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I'm not sure how to solve this problem OR brastart does not offer cgi feature for free webhost user? Please help. I really appreciate that.

You'd have to check with brastart.com support... CGI is configured PER user - you may not have that privledge.
