My cgi-bin stopped working. I didn't run the script for months. But I know that it used to work. It's on a reseller account. In DirectAdmin CGI is shown as OFF for this reseller user. When I try to activate cgi access for the domain (logged in as reseller) it just doesn't work. I couldn't find how to give the reseller cgi access either. I tried to run the script via ssh and it worked without any problem.
I really don't know how to fix this... Maybe I disabled cgi access for this reseller somehow. but I can't find a way to enable it again.

when I edit packages I can only check php access. but there is no option for cgi access. that's weird...

nm, I did it with htaccess

I'm glad you were able to solve your problem with an .htaccess file.

However the admin user should be able to turn off/on cgi-access for resellers, under both Modify Reseller RESELLERNAME andModify User RESELLERNAME after viewing all resellers and clicking on the resellername.

Make sure it's on in both places.

Jeff
