Change 'admin' name in email

I'm a new user of DA and setting everything up and testing.

I created a new user, then checked the email to see what was sent. Everything seems fine. However, the email being sent is from my email address, but I want to change the 'name' attached to the email.

It shows up as Admin <[email protected]>

I want it to read My Company <[email protected]>
or
a whole new email all together My Company - Sales <[email protected]>


I can't find how to change these. Thanks in advance.

Your server?

Did you create the new user as a reseller, or from the admin reseller page?

I'm guessing the latter.

If so:

Login as admin.

Then click on List Administrators.
Then click on admin.
Then click on admin's User Data.
Scroll down, change the Name field, and click on Save Name.
You can change the email address at the same place. But you can only save one at a time.

That should do it.

Hi Jeff,
I know it's an old topic, but what about when you created the new user as a reseller? I want to change the system email account username from one of my users to an other name: [email protected] to username2. I want the username1 to not be the account username mail any more. Any help with that?
