Change Default Email Address

When I created my web hosting account, Free Hosting automatically created an email address for me.

I do not see a way to change the default email address. I would like to delete the automatically created email address.

I presume that I have to change the default and then I can delete the automatically created email address.

But you have to contact Fee Hosting for support.

This forum is only intended for support to Directadmin license holders, so admins, not for hosting customers.

To help you a little bit:
Most likely it's not possible to delete your default mail address as this is a system account. Users can't delete or change that normally.
Also reason do ask the host for support.

I'm agree with Richard, if the automatically created email account is named as username@domain, where:

- username - is your login to FTP, Directadmin
- domain - your domain in DirectAdmin and of your site

then such email account can not be renamed/changed. If you need it to be changed, you will need to create another hosting account named per your preferences.
