Change e-mailmessage Directadmin by adding user

Hi,

how do you change the welcome message in the directadmin panel?

I see edit user message but is also possible to change it using ssh and this changes will be saved?

so the changes i make will be applied for everytime i will add a user? so i will not have to edit it mannually every time?
