Change "From" name in signup emails

Hello, all!

Is there a way to change the "from" name and e-mail address that show in emails to new customers when a reseller signs them up?

Currently we have a reseller account that is setup so we can create end-user packages. The e-mails come from:

From: hostphx ([email protected])

We would like the e-mails to come from "Activations Dept" with an e-mail address of : [email protected].

Because this is sending e-mails from our phoenixkv.com e-mail address, they are being marked as SPAM, because the server we have DirectAdmin running on is not in our SPF list for phoenixkv.com.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
 
Okay ... I did find this information in the Admin panel, however is this information not available for the reseller to management themselves? This doesn't make a whole lot of logistical sense. It seems like this would cause a lot more work on my (the admin) part if we were to sign-up third-party resellers on our system.

They can currently change the value already.
Have the Reller login to DA, go to:
User Level -> Site Summary / Stats / Logs

there are 2 relevant fields about 1/2 way down.

E-Mail
Name

The "Name" is the name portion of the "From" .. and the "E-Mail" is the email portion of the "From".
