when i whant to change password to user
the password is change but only to DIrecTADmin and the ftp still old password

it is old user

i try to change password many times but the FTP pass stil old pass

are you talking about the Default FTP password? or has the user setup other FTP accounts under his Control Panel?

Default FTP password the main ftp of this user
the password of ftp dont change

Have you:

1) Logged in as user.

2) Clicked on Password link.

3) Checked all options (DirectAdmin Account, Main FTP Account, Main Database Account)

??
