Change Hosting Company

I am planning to change hosting companies for www.mycashforever.com.

Since I do not have access to download files, (or upload files), how will my site files be transferred to the new hosting company?

I did run a back up

I did run a back up for www.mycashforever.com, I do not have access to annoynamous login. I only have limited access to certain files.

I'm not sure what you mean by anonymous login.

If you're hosting mycashforever.com on a DirectAdmin server and you've got access to the DirectAdmin control panel, you can backup your site using the backup function available in the control panel.

Then you can restore the site to any other hosting company also using DirectAdmin.

If either your old or new hosting company doesn't use DirectAdmin you should probably use your ftp password to upload and download.
