i have no idea to change mx record from my default mx record to mail.gawab.com

below INSTRUCTION email from gawab adminitrator

Dear System Administrator,
Please modify the MX record for xxxxx.com to point to "mail.gawab.com".
Here is what the MX record should look like:
xxxxx.com. IN MX 10 mail.gawab.com.
Please ensure that this is the ONLY entry in my MX record.
You do NOT need to enter an IP address.
Please do not add a "CNAME" or an "A" record either, just point the MX record to
"mail.gawab.com".

Thank you

i am user

i had to contact my hosting admin, but he also don't no to do

You need to get your administrator in here or read the manual. It's quite easy in DirectAdmin actually and has been covered in these forums before.
You can find the needed page on the admin level "DNS Administration" I think it's named.

If your administrator isn't willing to do it, there's not much else that can be done.

The user can do it in the section "MX Records" as long as s/he has the rights to manipulate DNS.

If s/he cannot manipulate his/her own DNS, then the administrator will have to do it for /her/him.

If a hosting provider doesn't know how to do it and is unwilling to learn, then it's time to switch hosting providers.
