Iv'e been asking for quite some time but support ain't too good that's why I'm posting it here!

Using Google I found the cached posts I was looking for but the threads have been deleted. I hate it when that happens because then I tell people to look for that thread and unbeknownst to me the thread has been deleted. Sucks.

Jeff has posted his email here over 16,500 times. Look at his signature.
 
You can just create a new username. They are not going to change it for you.

Jeff did it for somebody here recently but the thread has been deleted. Maybe it was deleted because he doesn't want to do it again. I have not seen Jeff post here in several days. He is going to have a lot of reading to do when he does login.
 
Yep, hundreds and hundreds of emails; about 250 still to read and it's taken almost all of my Sunday. I've been a bit under the weather; I took a trip (on a patch of bad sidewalk) and I've had some pain and double-vision since. It's getting better so I'm back on the forums.

I can and will change usernames at my own speed (I recently checked with DirectAdmin staff for permission to do so); I'll send an email to the registered address for the domain first; if you've changed your email address and haven't updated your profile it won't get done.

I don't do it instantly. Once it's done some forum indexes won't work if people (for example) want to see all your posts, so certain commands will take longer. I do reindexing from time to time when I have a lot of hours.

My email address is in the bottom of each post. BUT: though I usually prefer email to private message, for this it's probably better to send a private message.

When I contacted DirectAdmin they told me they do it when asked, but my guess is they may be slower at it than I am.

It'll probably get done today or tomorrow.

I can't believe he actually said that. King you expect a lot from volunteers. Start paying for support and you can then demand things immediately.
