Hello!

I'm trying to change DNS record for one of my customers and this is the first time I'm using Direct admin. Of course, customer doesn't know where he bought the domain, all he has is www.domain.de/2222 link that follows to Direct admin web interface.

Problem is as follows:

I don't have an option to change DNS records. I simply cannot click on anything.
OK, so I created a ticket and sent it.
Answer followed soon - that I cannot change DNS by myself and what do I want to change - "they" will change it for me.
Now, when I try to reply to this ticket I get the message "The Ticket System is not enabled.".

The question is: To whom did I sent first ticket and who can change my DNS (or A, WWW and MX) record?

Thank you very much.

If you are a user the message was sent to the reseller level that sold you the account. If your a reseller it was sent to the administrator that created the reseller.

Your hosting provider might have a alternative ticket system that you should contact them through, or email them.

Doing a whois lookup should return the registrar of the domain.
