Change of ip network

hi all, will soon be changing my isp, will change to a class c network, i know i will have to change then dns settings at the registar etc, just wondered how much of a hassle is it gona be in DA,,, seems i remember something abt chaning ip within da, guess i need to look there some, but if anyone has any hints or things to watch out for i would really appreciate any and all help to make the change over easy and smooth if possible.. a list lke 1 do this 2 do this or a check list would be nice, i hope this might help someone else also, if this has already been done somewhere here or elsewhere please accept my apology and point me in the right direction.
