Change spamassassin startup line

I would like to change the spamassassin commandline.

It starts now like:
/usr/bin/spamd -d -c -m 5

but I want to change this to:
/usr/bin/spamd -d -c -m -4 15

Where can I do this?

IMO, better to use: '/usr/bin/spamd -d -c -4 -m 15'

Why should that be better?

Because '-m num' is a full option and if between '-m' and the number of children put the option '-4' spamd may understand the option incorrectly.
