Change Username

I would like to see an option where the username can be changed.

I use whoiscart for billing, and account creation. It creates generic usernames which can't be altered once the account is created.

That would be a lot of work because that would mean every single file, configuration, virtualhost, system users/groups would have to be changed everytime this was done.

I think it would be a good idea only for the administrator, perhaps a on/off button for resellers since I don't really want users going around changin their usernames every other day

Cpanel allows the admin to change the user, user password, even the domain name of an account.

It would be niceto have the option in DA as well.

uhhhh, where can the admin change the username of the account? i am looking at the panel right now and don't see anything that can change account usernames...

Username changing hasn't been added, for any level yet.

i was referring to the whm panel. really doesnt matter now since i cant get the access i need from the existing provider.
geez....just can't get moved to my own system fast enough!
