change user's own email

I think the users should be able to change their own email address in DA.

I'm confused. Do you mean virtual email address users? Interesting thought. Isn't there an email level plugin released by DirectAdmin staff? I think there is. If so, will it do that?

I'd guess that it would have to be a settable option; some resellers might not want to allow it; some site owner users might not want to allow it.

No not a virtual email. Not an email necessarily having anything to do with any of their domains.

Click Add New User. There is an email address blank. This is the address that, for instance, the reset password link will go to. This should be an option for the user themselves to change so that at a later date when they forget their password the reset link will actually go to an email address they use.

I call that the contact email address.

They can already change it, along with other basics of their account like their full name and language:

User Level -> "Site Summary / Stats / Logs" -> Email
