Changed NS on server, now getting registrar error

I changed nameservers on the DA server, now when I am trying to change them with my domain registrar (Fabulous.com) for a domaini, I am getting the error: "Non-existant nameserver"

I never seen the error before so I am guessing it's something I missed in DA. I set the servers in Adminitrator Settings, assigned them to 2 IP addresses in Nameservers and set them as default.

New NS are ns1.hostcape.net and ns2.hostcape.net

Anythoughts on this are appreciated

Those are not registered nameservers you have to register them at your registrar.

and of course with A records in the zone file for hostcape.net.
