changes in css or js files don't show in website

hi
i have changed css/js file appended to my index page.
but when i refresh the index page, changes don't show in browser.
and when i inspect this page, i see old version of my css/js file.

Hi,

Maybe you have browser caching (or server caching) enabled? For browser caching on Windows simple try Ctrl + F5 to do a hard refresh of the page. In case you have server side caching we need to know a bit more about your server settings (and cms if you are using one).
