Changing administrative email address of reseller?

This seems like one of those things that must be so obvious that I'm overlooking it...

When I (as a reseller) create a new user they are automatically sent an email message telling them how to log in, upload files, etc.. The message arrives from [email protected] (mike00) -- where [email protected] is the address I gave when I signed up for a reseller account and mike00 is the login id that my provider has assigned me. I'd like the message to come from [email protected] (Mike Gobbi) instead.

Does anybody know how to change the email address that is used when "welcome new user" & other administrative messages are sent?
