Just a little note that using this ...

http://www.domain.com:2222/CMD_CHANGE_EMAIL_PASSWORD

should be this in case you have secured connection.

https://www.domain.com:2222/CMD_CHANGE_EMAIL_PASSWORD

Actually if you use the http:// line it should get rewritten to https://.

The problem is that if you want a nonstandard port you specify the protocol or the browser, since it handles multiple protocols, has no idea what you want.
