It's got nothing to do with your $29 monthly DA rental.
But it does have a lot to do with your DA license, even if you'd have bought it outright.
DA can only run on it's assigned up.
There's a script you should run on the server, and you'll need to have DA sales department change the IP# in your license.
Look for posts containing "swapip" or similar, and contact DA sales staff to learn how to get the assigned IP# changed.
