I have a block of 8 IPs (5 usable) and run most of my sites off of a single shared IP.
I had a client site that thought they would be using SSL so I set them up with a dedicated IP, but then they said they don't want SSL and don't want to pay for the dedicated IP.
I used my reseller account to change the IP from the dedicated one to the shared one. After doing this I checked the DNS settings in DA and they correctly reflected the new IP, but when I tried to access the domain I got this message:
"This IP is being shared among many domains.
To view the domain you are looking for, simply enter the domain name in the location bar of your web browser." Of course I am doing just that.
anyone run into this and know how to solve the problem?
