changing propftpd directives for allowing ftp resume on uploads

Hi!
I would like to apply this to allow resuming
in my proftpd (at least temporarily) because I need to upload a big ISO file

Any ideas on how to accomplish this?

It should be on by default , at least is is on my server. The setting AllowStoreRestart is on in the Global section of /etc/proftpd.conf
