Changing settings in options via CustomBuild 2.0 plugin

I'm just curious. If I set the auto updates to yes with CB 2.0 plugin, is there anything else I need to do other than hit "save changes"?

Or, once I hit the save changes CB will automatically do what it needs to do. Do I need to re-build anything?

What about with the other options. Do I have to rebuild after?

"./build cron" is needed, available in plugin too. Usually if a version change/new component is detected - it's shown in updates tab.

Thanks... I just did ./build cron in the command line. However, I searched for that option on the build page within the plugin and there was no build cron option.
