Changing the OS on the license

Hey guys,

I've bought a DirectAdmin license some time ago and I was using RHEL4 64-bit. Long story short, I have to go back to RHEL4 32-bit.
The server is now reformatted with RHEL4 32-bit, but I want to put DA back on it.

How can I change my license to be for RHEL4 32-bit? I've already sent an email to tech support, but I think that they only reply during weekdays. Is there any way to make this change myself or faster?

Actually for changing licenses the sales address is probably the better one.

Thanks for the replies guys, I've emailed support on the day that I've started my thread and got a reply within a few hours. I now have my OS changed correctly and I'm really happy. I had no idea that support would be so fast.
