There are a few ways of doing what you want (assuming I understand what you want 
)
But.. instead of renaming the user, it might be safer to just move the domain out of the Lundy account into the admin account.

so that you don't lose all of the admin setup options.
Or if you still want to use "Lundy", but just want to upgrade that account to an "Admin", edit the user.conf file for use "Lundy", and set:
usertype=admin
There will also be some other files missing.. so just look at the files in the /usr/local/directadmin/data/users/admin/* to see what an "Admin" should have, and duplicate the missing files/directories over to the Lundy account.
