Character error after restore webpage .

Hi all ,
I move DA to new server after restore user on new server I get an error ,error character appear on user webpage .
any body in this case ? how to fix it ?

I think that probably is MySQL problem, the webpages text should be inside the database.

I don't know for sure, not good at code reading . May be the problem come from database when restore by Directadmin or maybe from file encode .

I fixed it , just add these lines into /etc/my.cn file :

[client]
default-character-set=utf8

[mysql]
default-character-set=utf8


[mysqld]
default-character-set = utf8
collation-server = utf8_unicode_ci
init-connect='SET NAMES utf8'
character-set-server = utf8
