check use of SSL certificates

Is there a way to check if users of a reseller with an owned IP-address currently have installed SSL certificates.

Login as that Reseller/User and check to see if he's got an SSL certificate.

Or check for https://www.example.com, replacing example.com with his domain name, and check the certificate in your browser.

If you must do that for 100+ domainnames you would not be happy with that

I have done it a otherway, by moving the IP-address too.
