ClamAV not catching viruses

Although activated, I don't think ClamAV is working..... I moved one of my personal sites to a beefier server (that has ClamAV).....

Two viruses of Trojan-Downloader.Win32.FraudLoad.xepl arrived which my home scanner caught.

Upon searching the mail headers, I saw Clam passed it as clean:

X-Antivirus-Scanner: Clean mail though you should still use an Antivirus

I'm sure FreshClam runs every day.....

What if you scan the file manually with clamav does it still pass?
