I need some advices about clamAV because on my server I have only wordpresses installation and as we know sometime users installed plugins which have some malware. What do you think, use ClamAV sometimes to scan server for example, one per day and rest of day disable ClamAV to save the server load.

There are several options to scan the system.
If you want a free option, then have a look at Maldetect (click) which can be used together with Clamav. I would not use clamav alone, that is not enough. And Maldetect is made to check for malicious scripts.
It works fast. First time it does file checks, after that it check if things are changed and checks new entry's. Works very good. This way also the clamav load will not be that high.
Personally I change the clamav updates to 2 or 4 times a day to reduce load during the update.
If you're looking for something payable, then you might want to have a look at Immunify 360 which is also very good.

Maldetect will automatically detect and use Clamav if present, so normally you don't need to configure them to work together.
So first install Clamav, then Maldet as you said so it can detect it.
