Hi

Why this error is logged in domain logs?

client denied by server configuration: /home/user/domains/domain/public_html/fetch

client denied by server configuration: /home/user/domains/domain/public_html/403.shtml

I guess that your apache is configured to log all the errors which appear to happen.

If you want to know why the error happen, you should check apache logs for the particular domain and check .htaccess file for the domain. Probably you've got IP restrictions in .htaccess file or you have no index page.
