Do you use nginx_apache provided by Custombuild 2.0? Or a custom installation of nginx+apache?

If the first try to update nginx and apache configs with:

cd /usr/local/directadmin/custombuild
./build update 
./build rewrite_confs

and please update us with results.

Do you mean you use nginx as stand-alone server?

Anyway, make sure you've got no custom templates in /usr/local/directadmin/data/templates/custom/. If you do, list them here please.
