Finally got 2.4.7 upgraded ok, and then I started on getting the DirectAdmin to begin to work.
When I add an account like I've done with the cPanel plugins many times before everything appears to be ok then I get no welcome e-mail and just e-mail stating the following:
[CE] DirectAdmin plugin: Failure on adding user
DirectAdmin plugin: A failure occurred while adding user test123, please check if the package exists on your server, that the username is 4-8 characters long and that the e-mail address + domainname is correctly formatted. Also make sure that the chosen IP address is available on the server and that your password doesn't contain any illegal characters.
Should the package names just be as they are in DirectAdmin or are they supposed to be something like test_package & just test (which I've tried).
Any help would be appreciated.
