client's domains shows suspended page/account is not suspended

This is weird. I have a reseller customer who has a client. When you surf to their domain, it shows the suspended account page, however, in DA, the account is NOT suspended and they are not near/over their limit in space or bandwidth.

I've tried suspending and unsuspending, but that didn't work.

Any ideas?

Did you look at the virtual host in the resellers httpd.conf file in /usr/local/directadmin/data/users/username

That would be the first place to look to see whats going on.

I did and nothing unusual there.

We did fix it. It was an issue with the way a customer did an addon domain.
