I've used cPanel on CloudLinux through my current hosting provider as a client, and it seems like the main benefits for the server are CageFS and LVE Manager. Is there anything else that CloudLinux offers to someone just getting their feet wet in hosting other websites? Does DA on Debian 10 offer any features to manage resource usage?
As far as how DA would be used I suspect 60% of my users would be people who just want a website and email. I will probably manage things for them. 30% might be "power users" who want to set things up themselves, like email. The last 10% would be people programming their own sites.
Spending $15 on CloudLinux seems a little pricey, when DA itself costs $15. On the other hand, CageFS and LVE Manager are really appealing, though my goal would be to allow a pretty relaxed environment (reduced time to idle) unless someone were to abuse the resources, and then I would throttle them.
