I just noticed that there is a new option in the control panel for admin/user. PHP SELECTOR.

Doesn't seem to work. It wont allow me to select a php version but im only running 1 copy of php on the box anyway.

So why is it there without my permission to install it? I mean, I did not install that option so now im forced to run it?

Tried to disable it but it doesn't seem to do a thing. Pretty dumb option selection. It shows ACTIVE. When I click on DISABLE a popup displays asking me if that's what I want to do but nothing gets set to disabled. A useless option I didn't ask to be installed and now its on the users control panel and it does nothing.

working, working, you probably don't install php-alt* packages.

Did you read what I said? I said I didn't install it cause I don't want it. So why would I want to install php-alt packages? It should not show up in my control panel if I don't want it should it?

Which PHP handler do you use?

You might need to read TOS of Directadmin or Cloudlinux. They might give you answers.

If it's not this feature http://www.directadmin.com/features.php?id=1456 which will be a part of Directadmin, then it's a Cloudlinux's feature and in this case you should refer your question to Cloudlinux support.
