CMD_ALL_USER_SHOW - show all users as Admin - not working

Hi All,

After updating da to 1.35.1, the 'Show All Users' CMD_ALL_USER_SHOW (available when logged as Admin) is presenting a page with only the 'Home' icon.
The rest of the page is simply white.
I've seen this occurring on several servers that I've upgraded.
If I drop to Reseller level, then I can see the users with List users, it is only occurring in the Admin level --> Show All Users.

I'm using the Enhanced Skin, If I use the power_user skin, I can see all users.
So for now, the problem is specific to Enhanced Skin.

Any pointers?

Similar issues that I have seen in the past have all been related to the version of php. I have several 1.35.1 with php5 and they are all running fine.
 
I saw the previous post that had a link to the php build, but I'm a bit confused about this:

I did not do a ./build php, nor did I rebuilt the PHP in several months, I only upgraded the DA part.
As such, I'm not clear on the relationship between the PHP builds and the DA pages.
Furthermore, I do not wish to re-build PHP as this is a production server and users will be kicked out of sessions if we do a build.

The only thing I can think of is that the skin templates are currupted for the Enhanced skin.
I'm not sure where to d/l Enhanced skin from DA to compare if that is what needs to be replaced.
