CMD_API_CUSTOM_HTTPD also for users?

Hi,

In the new version 1.261 i saw they added a CMD_API_CUSTOM_HTTPD and i wonder if administrators can turn that on for users, or is it only for the admin himself?

In the past, API commands have only been accessible by the levels of their corresponding access levels through the web interface.

Since only the admin(s) are allowed to make custom HTTPD files my bet would be it's only accessible by admins through the API as well.

given the fact that a mistake in the custom httpd will kill apache it makes sense its admin only.
