here's my story
yesterday no email were coming, i checked logs and i checked blacklist status and i found my ip listed at RATS-Dyna, actually all C class of IP was listed there.
one of my clients sent ±1000 emails. I talked to RATS and they unlisted me and still no incoming emails. The error is still there rejected RCPT <[email protected]>: Email blocked by combined.rbl.msrbl.net
i thought is the blacklist boomerang. i fell asleep after many hours of research.
Next day, with clear mind i looked into /etc/exim.conf and commented out from RBL_DNS_LIST that server.
i'm running latest DA on CentOS 7.x
i was running DA since 2013 and never have this problem.
Please help me find some answers.
First one is why i was blocked not to receive emails ??
if that sender was a possible spammer why not block outbound first of all ?
