For what do you need MailScanner? If only for ClamAV, then if you update to SpamBlocker3-beta, you won't need MailScanner. SpamBlocker is a version of the exim.conf file, and exim.conf can do everything that MailScanner can do. Jeff

I use mailscanner because it has a rich set of features to handle spam or it can do other things with mail. But can they be combined without problems? With spamblocker the load can be reduced.

SpamBlocker is simply my implementation of an exim.conf file designed for DirectAdmin. It's open source and you're free to modify it to call MailScanner as you wish. Other people have, and it should be documented in these forums. Jeff
