There will probably be an apache2 option in the /usr/local/directadmin/customapache/build script, or something.
Of course, I don't really know anything. I'm only guessing.
Note also that this is labeled beta apache2 support.

One MAJOR question..... How did they get Apache2/Frontpage/Suexec to work together?
I have heard it before and I will pass it along... it is just about impossible without a major rewrite of the suexec functions and that isn't as easy as it sounds with Apache2 source. On my Apache2 machines I gave up and started using cgi-wrap. So I wasn't at all upset about having to go back to early Apache.

I guess we'll find out when they release it 
It appears that it will be pulling a new version from the directadmin website so maybe they rewrote it. Then again that could be why its labeled as beta. We'll find out soon enough.
