Comment about account suspension.

Last month I overused the bandwidth on my account, I got this as an email...

A new message or response with subject:

User ***** has been suspended for bandwidth overusage

has arrived for you to view.
Follow this link to view it:

Problem was, that I couldn't follow the link because my account had been suspended.

Catch 22.

Message was...

This is an automated message notifying you that User ***** has been suspended for bandwidth overusage.

The account will be automatically unsuspended at the beginning of the month when the bandwidth is reset.

I almost emailled the reseller to get that highlighted piece of information, but since it was at the end of the month I sat it out for the few days.

Would have been nice if said piece of information has also arrived in my email.

Just saying.
 
You make a good point. But ineveitably you're going to have to contact your hosting company anyway, so does it really matter?

No reason to contact the hosting company, as the account was automatically reset at the beginning of the month, everybody happy..

... now I think about it, since I didn't want to bother the hosting company or the reseller I could have just popped a question on here.
