1. Some companies set their two main name servers for whole their infrastructure like ns1.domain.com and ns2.domain.com
Does not matter how many linux or windows dedicated server they have. I know that they have one main dns server which makes ip distribution behind.

2. And some hosting companies creates serried nameserve for everynew hosting server like ns1,ns2,ns3,ns4. > This is easy and can be handled by automation systems like Whmcs.

But how do you handle automation for 1st scenario with whmcs?

Yes but this is at directadmin level. I meant how to handle at whmcs/automation level togethet with also windows panels.

And what is wrong with WHMCS? Specify the same list of NS servers in WHMCS for all the servers with Directadmin. If you use another hosting panels then you'd better check it with their community and/or documentation.

Ok now I think I understand. So all work is done at control panel level, no need to set a master, stand-alone dns only server. Directadmin can cluster dns and hosting account in between right? But how do I set with directadmin to create hosting account ? In whmcs server settings?

On windows panel, unless panel has clustering ability it will not be possible with automation I think.

You're correct. As long as all your servers are DirectAdmin servers you can use the built-in DirectAdmin multi-server option.

If at least one of your nameservers won't be a DirectAdmin server (for example if you want to use totally separate servers for public-facing DNS and use your DirectAdmin servers as hidden masters, you can do that with DirectAdmin Multi-Server Option and DirectSlave, or with Master2Slave DNS Replicator (search thee forums).
