comodo waf install problem

hi while directadmin script trying to install comodo waf, it tries to get data from http://mirror.serverbeheren.nl/CPAN/authors/01mailrc.txt.gz . but it gives that error. can't connect repos. i'm trying to install it for 6 days. still getting same error

COMODO WAF rule set is working fine here. The only known issue here is the COMODO WAF plugin which is currently not compatible with Directadmin.
