Where do customer service complaints go?

Oh, you want me to expand so that you can better tell me where to put it?

Ok, where do we put the complaint about how DA support doesn't answer their phone? It is always fast busy? And how about the fact that they seldomly respond to emails in a timely fashion? If you point me to the right place I will put this complaint there so that hopefully the owner of DA will see it and reallize there is a problem.
 
As I take it, email is the only support method currently offered by DirectAdmin.

No, I'm correct. ;) Search this forum.

DA discontinued phone support, as phone support nowhere near as efficient as email. I have no idea why the number is still listed on DA's site.

Well, their email support isn't that great either... I'm having to wait hours in between replies... Replies from to them are within 5 minutes of their email... We have been down 26 hours so far with 20 hours a result of DA not responding in time and the restore process not working correctly.
 
And what restore function was this for?
As in, is it really a DA problem or is it possible you did something incorrectly since I haven't had any problems with backups and restores.

Also, what license do you have and how long have you had it for?
 
We have had problems with a complete restore and have been able to work through them with timely help from DA support.

DA has always helped us in a timely and excellent matter. Anytime we ask questions, they are very quick to respond and the solution is clear and consist. If you ask me, it must be something you did wrong with your server as DA is very very stable. And therefore, DA really doesn't need to help you at all unless their system is at fault which I highly doubt it is.

We have never had any problem's with DA at all, usually who is at fault are our technicians as sad as it is to say. In the matter you speak I find it very rude, no wonder DA doesn't want to respond to you. I can only imagine what you are emailing them!

You don't get anywhere in this world complaining and being inconsiderately rude. You should change your tone before asking something from someone and maybe you will find better results.
