Complete disk loss

I just lost a disk, and the company I get my servers from says they can replace it. Their place is to replace to failed disk, reinstall, mount the failed one as a secondary, then let me restore files.

How can I restore the DirectAdmin configuration? Is it even possible? I'm guessing Installatron, things like that are screwed...but the domain setup, exim, all that stuff I'm real worried about.

Any ideas also on how to get my mysql databases back?

If you have used the system backup tool it shouldn't be too hard using those backups to restore the system (but still a lot of work though since it has to be done manually), and those backups do include all files and databases. If you don't have those backups, it's going to be a fun time finding the right files to copy ;)

Is there any way I can just copy /backup/home to /home, copy /usr/local/directadmin to the proper place, etc?

Well, I got it all back. I had the host put in a new drive and reinstall my original OS. I attached the old one, then completely overwrote /usr, /etc, /home, and /var. Everything works great again.
