Configure e-mail for DMARC

Hi,

I added DMARC code for my DNS configuration in TXT section

v=DMARC1; p=reject; sp=none; rua=mailto:[email protected]

This part is clear for me, but I have question about account [email protected].
What quota size and limit sending mails should I setup?

I always make a forward email address like [email protected] --> [email protected]
